CI/CD Pipeline implemented using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Expected Outcomes:

1. When there are any code changes made to the “main” branch of the GitHub repository, a new docker build should be triggered and this new docker image should be pushed to the “GCP Container Registry”.
