What is IaaS?
IaaS — Infrastructure as a Service. This is one of the cloud service models. In this type of model (ie., IaaS), the hardware components, virtualization, underlying networking, and underlying storage are managed by the cloud provider. Middleware, runtime, and application are managed by the cloud users.
This is the model in which the users have more control over the cloud than PaaS and SaaS. As the control is more, more things need to be managed by the cloud users.
